Aeropress, was perfected by the inventor and mechanic Adam Adler. This production used the handmade pressure.

Dosage
- 15 gr coffee
- 240 ml water
Extraction analogy
- 1:16
Heat the water up to the correct temperature (92-96°C).
Place a paper filter in the removable plastic cap of the Aeropress and wash it our with hot water.
Place its cone side upwards and set the precision scale to zero. Insert the desired ground coffee or tea amount and set to zero again.

Pour rhe freshly boiled water, soaking the ground coffee or tea completely. Stir to make sure that the coffee or tea is soaked evenly.

Seal the cap. Wait for approximately 1:15 minutes or depending to your liking. Turn upside down the while machine quickly and with care. Place it above the extraction container and start putting pressure downwards. This will last approximately 20-30 seconds.

Remove the machine. Your coffee is ready to be served.
