You have the right to return the received product within 14 calendar days and request its replacement. We emphasize that the date of dispatch of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the courier on the receipt, for the control of the deadline.
In any case the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer. This means:
- Do not have damage and their packaging should be the ones that normally accompany the product
- Be in excellent condition with their factory packaging (box or gelatine)
- Be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (eg Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).
If the above conditions are met, you are free to send it back to us for replacement, after first contacting our customer service department. Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return.
