Coffee Epirus seminar
The knowledge and correct coffee preparation is a barista’s most important skill.
Coffee Epirus’ training department consists of trainers accredited with SCA diplomas and accredited as authorized training staff by Illy’s spa Universita Del Café, with vast experience and continuous research on improving coffee production techniques, taking on the training of its partners and people that desire to become specialists in the art of coffee, with seminars held at the dedicated area (training room) or at the partner’s area, in order for the coffee culture to become a pleasant discussion after the training.
The seminars’ goal is the correct use and understanding of coffee and the equipment that is being used.
They are separated into parts, such as:
- barista for the correct espresso production.
- latte art for the correct processing of the milk in order to turn every coffee into a work of art.
- brewing For the coffee extracting technique.
- Beverage production(chocolate, tea)
