Cappuccino is a beverage of Italian origin that consists of espresso coffee and milk.
- Thin grinding

Froath the milk in the milk jug to the correct temprature (60-62°C) until it acquires a smooth and shiny surface.
Grind at the espresso machine shutter the desired coffee grams (17-19 gr).
Distribute the coffee evenly with the help of a distributor or by hand and use the press to seal the coffee.
Place the shutter at the espresso machine and start the extraction. The completion of the extraction must be done in 26-29’’ or else you will have to check the grinding level.
Complete the cappuccino production by pouring the froathed milk in the espresso.
