Cold Brew

It is the procedure of coffee extraction with cold water over a long period of time.

PRODUCTION INFORMATION

Coffee

  • Thick grinding

Equipment

  • Coffee dripper of cold extraction
  • Coffee mill (burr type)
  • Glass (250-300 ml)

Dosage

  • 90 gr coffee
  • 1 litre of water
 
STEP 1

Insert the permanent filter in the bottom part of the middle compartment.

Add the desired ground coffee amount in the middle compartment and fill the top compartment with the desired amount of cold water (the ice is optional).

Adjust the tempo of the water drops to 40 drops per minute.

Wait until the extraction is completed (approximately 6-8 hours).

Serve the coffee in a glass containing ice. The coffee can be preserved in the fridge for a week.
